Thread Mind provides digital software and subscriptions. This policy explains when you may request a refund, balancing fairness for users and the sustainability of our Service. For full service terms, see our Terms of Service.
All orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles customer service and returns.
Refunds and returns are subject to Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
2. 14-Day Refund Guarantee (First Purchase Only)
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on your first purchase or initial subscription only. To qualify:
- The request is made within 14 days of the transaction date.
- No tokens have been used from the purchased plan (zero token usage since purchase/activation).
If any tokens are used, or if the request is for a renewal, the purchase is not eligible for a full refund under this policy.
Note: This policy satisfies EU/UK consumer law. All refunds are subject to Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and are at Paddle's discretion. No refunds for renewals or unused subscription periods.

- Beyond the 14-day refund window, or if any tokens are used, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

After the 14-day window, we may grant refunds at our discretion for:
- Duplicate purchases or accidental multiple subscriptions.
- Prolonged verified service outages significantly affecting your ability to use the Service.
- Technical issues that prevent access despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts with our support team.

- Promotional trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Discounts and promotional pricing apply only for the stated duration.
- Account credits may be offered as an alternative to refunds in some cases.

6. How to Request a Refund
- Contact Paddle support via your order confirmation email or paddle.net for billing and payment issues.
- Alternatively, email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request".
- Include your order email, invoice/receipt number, purchase date, and (optional) reason. For 14-day refunds, we will verify zero token usage.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Paddle. Processing times may vary.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended during the investigation. Please contact support to resolve any billing issues quickly and fairly.
8. Local Law
Certain jurisdictions grant additional consumer rights (e.g., statutory withdrawal periods). Where applicable, we will comply with those requirements, which may extend or supersede parts of this policy.
