Welcome to Thread Mind! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thread Mind Chrome extension, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Thread Mind is a product of Hieu Nguyen Technology Company Limited, a company registered in Vietnam. By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.
- By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. License & Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
- Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service, except as expressly permitted;
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, or abusive activities;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
- Use the Service to develop competing models or services by systematically extracting outputs;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
3. Accounts & Security
- Some features may require you to create an account or sign in.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
- The Service may offer free and paid plans. Paid features are billed on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- For Paddle's checkout buyer terms, which apply to purchases processed via Paddle, see Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal.
- We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked refund on new purchases and renewals. To qualify, both conditions must be met: (see our detailed refund policy)
- Within 15 days of the transaction date; and
- No tokens consumed from that billing period (zero token usage since purchase/renewal).
- If any tokens have been consumed from the purchased plan, the purchase is ineligible for a full refund under this policy.
- Consumer Rights (EU/UK): If you are a consumer residing in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. Since Thread Mind is a token-based service (not pre-delivered digital content), this cancellation right remains available as long as you haven't consumed any tokens from that billing period.
- Important: All refunds are subject to Paddle's checkout buyer terms and are provided at Paddle's sole discretion. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
- To request a cancellation or refund, please contact Paddle support directly through your order confirmation email or visit paddle.net.
- Except where required by law or as stated above, fees are non-refundable after the 15-day period or if any tokens have been consumed.
- We may change pricing and plan features with reasonable notice; changes will apply at your next billing cycle.
5. Your Content & Data
- You retain ownership of the text and content you submit to or select with the Service.
- You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
- You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that such content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Service (including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other materials) is owned by Thread Mind or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
- AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and you are responsible for reviewing and using it appropriately.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thread Mind and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm.
- You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of “Vietnam”, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
12. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., via the website or in-product notice).
- Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Complaints Policy
We are committed to resolving any complaints promptly and fairly:
- We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 10 business days.
- If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction.
